Your New Role
- Open to Sydney or Melbourne based candidates
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Direct Acquisition & Prospect to lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of member acquisition across our direct channels. This is a key leadership role within our Acquisition Value Stream, responsible for driving growth through data-led campaigns, optimising digital performance, and delivering seamless end-to-end acquisition journeys. You’ll lead a team of specialists, partner closely with internal stakeholders, and own agency relationships to deliver impactful, compliant campaigns in a regulated environment.
In this role you will:
- Lead end-to-end acquisition campaigns across digital and direct channels
- Use data, insights and advanced analytics to optimise performance and inform strategy
- Drive growth through strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CVR and customer lifetime value
- Continuously improve acquisition journeys and conversion outcomes
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of acquisition specialists
- Partner with brand, digital, insights, compliance and proposition teams
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Ensure all activity meets regulatory and compliance requirements
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience?
- Extensive experience in digital or lifecycle marketing, ideally within financial services
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong background in performance marketing, digital acquisition and campaign optimisation
- Deep understanding of marketing technology, analytics platforms and customer data
- Highly data-driven with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working within regulated environments (superannuation experience highly regarded)
