Elementary Academy Early Learning (EAEL) is growing, and we are seeking exceptional educators who are passionate about high‑quality practice, strong relationships, and delivering meaningful outcomes for children and families.
We are looking for Diploma‑qualified or Certificate III‑qualified educators with 5+ years of experience, ideally with demonstrated capability in room leadership, curriculum implementation, and team mentoring. A strong interest or readiness to step into a 2IC (Assistant Centre Manager) capacity will be highly regarded.
About the Role
We are seeking educators who can:
- Lead a room with confidence, professionalism, and a commitment to exceeding practice
- Support curriculum planning, documentation, and high‑quality educational programs
- Mentor and guide team members to uphold regulatory, safety, and quality standards
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
- Contribute to continuous improvement, governance, and compliance processes
- Act as a delegated leader when required, including stepping into 2IC duties
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III with extensive experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in an early childhood education setting
- Experience in room leadership, program planning, or team supervision
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Regulations, and Approved Learning Frameworks
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and a commitment to best practice
- A proactive, solutions‑focused educator who thrives in a collaborative team
