Role details:
- Position: ELC Diploma Educator
- Location: Campbelltown (Macarthur Region)
- Hours: Full-time, Part-Time and Casual positions available.
- Pay rate:
- Proposed Commencement: Second week of October, 2026.

What You Bring to the Role
- A Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and child protection requirements.
- A child-safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development.
- Proficiency in time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain).
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check .
- Completion of Child Safe training (e.g. Understanding Child Safety and Responding to Harm), or willingness to complete prior to commencement.
