Mortgage Broker — Fully Remote (Australia) $90,000 - 150,000 + super + commissions
The opportunity:
We’re hiring a mortgage broker with strong systems focused experience to join our team. Our team is based in Adelaide with support from an office in the Philippines, we can provide strong operational support, and a role that values education, client relationships, and long-term outcomes.
This is a fast-moving business built around content and community. Your work will be visible, your results will matter, and you’ll be part of a small team that takes service seriously. You'll be responsible for setting workflow goals and building the structure that takes Borrow Well to the next level.
Who we are:
We’re building a relationship-first mortgage brokerage that prioritises education, clear communication, and high-quality client support. Our online marketing drives consistent inbound enquiries from people who already trust the brand. Your focus stays on great client conversations and clean, well-managed files through to settlement. Building the workflows and then delivering on that aspect will be a key part of your position.
What you’ll do:
- Manage clients from first contact through to settlement
- Deliver a high-quality, high-trust client experience
- Explain finance clearly and confidently (especially for complex scenarios)
- Work closely with an in-house Broker Support team member who assists with file prep and submissions
- Handle volume while keeping standards high
- Build out Borrow Well's proceedures and workflow solution.

What we’re looking for:
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking
- 2+ years of recent loan-writing experience
- MFAA/FBAA accredited (or eligible to obtain)
- Client-first, outcome-driven approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound enquiries without sacrificing quality
