About the role
As part of Scope’s transformation journey, the Roster Business Partner will work closely with Senior Management, enabling functions and house teams to develop rosters for support workers in a sensitive, complex and regulated environment.
This is a wonderful 12-month fixed term contract based at our head office in Hawthorn engaging with diverse stakeholders. You will manage multiple rostering projects leveraging your attention to detail, organizational, coordination, and prioritization skills.

Your role, in our Enabling function - whether in the People function, Finance, ICT, Quality, Safeguarding, Workforce, Strategy or Corporate Services — enables Frontline staff to support our clients to live their best lives.
About the role
As a Roster Business Partner, you will help create the conditions for safe, high-quality, person-centred support by:
- Support our Operational teams in the creation and management of NDIS Support Independent Living (SIL) rosters, drawing on previous experience in roster creation
- Drafting and maintaining efficient, accurate rosters informed by input from Operations staff, Client Success Team, and Operations Management, while balancing workforce and service delivery requirements.
- Ensuring Rosters adhere to industrial awards and rostering principles
- Delivering reporting that demonstrates progress and highlights risks and trends as required to Team Leader and Senior Manager Roster Development
- Confident communication skills to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience with change management
