About the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Facilitator Lead to join our Child and Family Services division
Lifestyle Solutions, and play a critical role in shaping a skilled, confident and capable workforce across Australia.
You will combine hands-on training delivery with leadership responsibility, guiding a team of Learning and Development Facilitators while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based learning experiences that support frontline teams to deliver positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in
the Hunter region and requires regular travel nationally.
About you
You are a confident facilitator and experienced learning professional who brings both operational leadership and outstanding training delivery skills.
You will have:
- Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating learning and development teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills.
- Sound understanding of adult learning principles.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating training within Child Protection, Out-of-Home Care (OOHC), Human Services or Community Services
- Current Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Trainer Accreditation
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally as required.
