This role is ideal for someone looking for casual employment a few days per week, with genuine opportunities to progress to a permanent part-time or full-time position after a three-month probation period, subject to performance and business needs. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts at Plus Fitness Carlingford.

As a Gym Membership Sales and Customer Service Consultant, you will be the face of our club and be responsible for driving membership growth, cultivating relationships, and providing outstanding customer service.
You will engage with potential members through digital channels, in-person walk-ins, and over the phone, while also creating social media content, completing administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a self-motivated, confident individual who can thrive without micromanagement—someone who is proactive, driven, and able to generate new leads while nurturing our existing database of prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Follow up with potential new members via digital channels, phone calls, and in-person walk-ins.
- Lead Conversion: Confidently convert leads into memberships by presenting our club's services and value through digital platforms, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
- Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate our club's services, membership options, and promotional offers.
- Club Tours: Conduct engaging tours of the facility and demonstrate the value of joining our club.
- Lead Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximise conversion rates.
- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members by addressing their questions, concerns, and needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to create a positive and motivating club environment.
- Career Progression: Take advantage of excellent opportunities for career growth as our business continues to expand, with pathways into higher-level roles within the organisation.
- Social Media: Create and manage engaging, creative social media content to attract new members and promote the club.

Pay: $24.95 – $30.00 per hour
