In this role, you’ll take the lead on creative execution across the organisation shaping how our brand shows up across campaigns, digital channels, print, and beyond. From concept to completion, you’ll deliver high-quality design work that connects with our audience and reflects our values of compassion, respect and integrity.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and communications teams to develop engaging campaigns, maintain strong brand consistency, and bring creative ideas to life across multiple platforms. Whether it’s designing press ads, brochures, websites, email campaigns, signage or social content - you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
We’re looking for someone who blends creativity with strategy, someone who understands not just how things look, but why they work.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead design and artwork delivery across print, digital and campaign channels
- Develop creative concepts aligned to marketing strategy and brand direction
- Maintain and evolve the Ozcare brand across all touchpoints
- Support photography, videography and campaign execution
- Collaborate across teams to deliver engaging, high-quality communications
What you’ll bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in design or visual communications
- Qualifications in Creative Industries, Design or similar
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A solid understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles
- Experience delivering work across both print and digital channels
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
