Delivering culturally safe, evidence-informed support that improves wellbeing for individuals and families
Building trusted relationships and coordinating care with health professionals, services and community partners
Leading culturally informed initiatives that strengthen service quality and community engagement
Using insights and data to guide improvements and create better outcomes across programs

You're someone who leads with heart and purpose. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Relevant qualification in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care
Demonstrated experience supporting social and emotional wellbeing in community settings
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Confidence in mentoring, advocacy and contributing to service improvement
You'll stand out if you bring experience working across rural or community-led health settings and/or additional training in primary health care practice.
Most importantly, you're passionate about strengthening community wellbeing and committed to creating lasting, positive change through culturally safe care.
