WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED WATERPROOFER
West Coast Waterproofing & Tiling is looking for an experienced and reliable Waterproofer to join our growing team across Melbourne.
About the Role
You’ll be working across a range of residential and commercial projects, completing high-quality waterproofing works while meeting Australian Standards and project specifications.
Your duties will include:
- Internal wet-area waterproofing – bathrooms, ensuites, laundries and WCs
- Balconies, rooftops and external areas
- Surface preparation and priming
- Application of liquid and sheet membrane systems
- Installing water stops and completing penetration/detailing works
- Screeding and preparing areas to correct falls where required
- Identifying and rectifying waterproofing defects
- Following plans, specifications and Australian Standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous waterproofing experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of waterproofing systems and wet-area requirements
- White Card
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Waterproofing qualification/licence preferred
