- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end luxury customer experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline
- Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members
- Maintain deep product knowledge across the Mercedes-Benz range
- Manage CRM activity, customer follow-ups, and reporting
- Support dealership initiatives and contribute to team success
- Uphold brand standards and represent the business with professionalism
