The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate District Sales Manager to drive sales and executional metrics across a dynamic geographic territory.
This is a full-time permanent role, your territory will cover North & East Suburbs of Melbourne.
In this role, you’ll embed a high-performance culture, coach and develop your team, and drive territory volume and sales to deliver growth for both our customers and CCEP. You’ll leverage tools like PICOS (Picture of Success), Battlegrounds data and apply Customer Centric Selling (CCS) principles to ensure success.
Collaboration both internal and external is key; you’ll work closely with internal partners such as EQS (Equipment Services) and account teams to fulfil our customer commitments plus also externally with Regional & Area managers in the biggest Customer groups within the CCEP Customer portfolio. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, combined with your customer focus and growth mindset, will make you successful in this role.
