As we continue to grow, we're looking for a relationship focused Business Development & Partnerships Coordinator to strengthen our community presence, build referral networks and help connect more people with the support they need.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of BePositive Therapy. Working closely with our leadership, operations and recruitment teams, you'll focus on developing and maintaining referral partnerships across the NDIS, aged care, education and community sectors.
You'll act as an ambassador for BePositive, helping us build awareness, create new referral pathways and strengthen existing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building & Partnerships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners including:
- GPs
- Schools and educational settings
- Paediatricians
- Support Coordinators
- Plan Managers
- Early Childhood providers
- Community organisations and disability networks
Community Engagement
-
Attend expos, conferences, networking events and community engagement activities.
- Promote BePositive Therapy services within the community.
- Build awareness of our services and foster meaningful stakeholder connections.
Referral Growth

Identify and develop new referral opportunities and pathways.
- Build sustainable partnerships that support long-term growth.
- Explore opportunities across the NDIS, aged care and education sectors.
Reporting & Planning

Track referral sources, volumes and trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support growth initiatives.
- Work closely with recruitment and operational teams to align referral growth with workforce capacity and planned expansion.
Travel Requirements

Occasional interstate travel may be required to attend events, meetings, training, and other business activities.
About You
You don't necessarily need a degree to be successful in this role. What we're really looking for is someone who can connect with people, build trust and create opportunities.
You'll ideally have:

Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, community engagement, business development or a similar role.
- Knowledge of the NDIS, allied health or healthcare sector.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Confidence speaking with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and autonomous approach to work.
- A genuine passion for helping people access quality services.
