What you'll be doing
The main function of the ED Admin Officer is to ensure efficient and effective registration of all patients that present at the Emergency Department of Northern Beaches Hospital, greeting and welcoming patients and visitors as soon as they arrive at the ED reception desk, directing them to the appropriate area or person, or personally attending to their needs. This is a 24/7 service and the role will be required to work on a rotating 24/7 roster.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
