Barista / All Round
Hey Bay Bae Cafe has been operating and serving the best coffee in Rockdale for 5 years now! We've had a small food journey but now starting to expand in that space with a very unique menu. We pride ourselves on creating quality. We are known now to have the BEST coffee in Rockdale - and very proud of it!!!
We do indeed service our community well and looking to add to our team to continue the quality of what we do and enhance the ability to service more of the community & continue growing our cafe.
You will be required to complete numerous tasks in the daily operations of our cafe.
The following are required responsibilities & tasks but not limited to:
- Taking orders/general customer service
- Setting up displays
- Assisting a head barista
- Making coffee according to orders
- Food preparation
- Cooking as per formulas & recipes provided
- Cleaning and maintenance of hygiene standards
- Receiving deliveries
- Assisting head barista with any other tasks required
- Maintaining quality in all parts of the job
- Adding to a great work environment
