Prime Balance Rehab is a family owned and operated Allied health clinic located in the heart of the beautiful Noosa Hinterland suburb of Pomona (Qld). As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our team and are currently seeking an additional Remedial Massage Therapist to join our collaborative and supportive clinic.

About the Role:
As part of our team, you’ll provide a range of massage treatments tailored to individual client needs. From targeted remedial therapy to deeply relaxing sessions, your expertise will support the health and wellbeing of our loyal client base.
What you'll be doing:
- Assessing client needs and developing personalised treatment plans
- Performing remedial massage techniques to alleviate pain, improve mobility and aid in preventative care
- Maintaining detailed client records and treatment notes
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice
What we're looking for:
- Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy (including the ability to obtain a health fund provider number)
- Registration with a professional Association (MMA, AMA etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development
- A therapist who is skilled in both remedial and relaxation massage techniques (skillset in Myofascial cupping & pregnancy massage are advantageous)
- A genuine team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong time management and organisational skills
