Located in Murray Bridge, a charming regional centre nestled along the scenic Murray River, you’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for program participants, delivering vital administrative support that empowers individuals on their path to employment.
Here’s what a typical week might look like:
- Greet participants and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is running smoothly.
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the team, including preparing meeting minutes and monitoring record-keeping requirements.
- Answer queries via phone or in person, ensuring a professional and helpful response every time.
- Participate in meetings, training, and planning sessions to continuously improve the services we provide.
- Accurately enter and manage data to support program operations and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated experience in administration or a related discipline.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry systems.
- Current SA Driver’s Licence and DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential).
