We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented
Vehicle Inventory Administrator to join our team.
If you enjoy administration, coordination and working with multiple teams, this role will see you play a key part in managing vehicle stock and supporting timely customer deliveries across our dealership network.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage vehicle orders and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate vehicle inventory and stock allocation
- Arrange dealer swaps to meet business requirements
- Liaise with Sales, Pre-Delivery and internal teams
- Monitor demo vehicles, registrations and compliance requirements
- Prepare reports and support dealership administration
- Assist with licensing and vehicle delivery processes

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You don't need to come from the automotive industry—we're open to candidates with strong administration or coordination experience who are keen to learn.
- Previous administration experience (automotive experience is highly regarded but not essential)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems (TUNE experience is desirable but not essential)
- A current Australian driver's licence
