About Us
Elevate Chiropractic is a Melbourne-based clinic with locations in Carlton and Coolaroo, focused on hands-on, evidence-informed chiropractic care. We work with a broad patient base — from acute pain presentations to long-term performance and mobility care — and take pride in building genuine, ongoing relationships with our patients.
We're looking for a motivated associate chiropractor to join us on a subcontractor basis at our Carlton clinic, with the opportunity to build and grow their own patient base within an established, supportive practice.
About the Role
As a subcontracted associate chiropractor, you'll operate as an independent practitioner using our Carlton clinic space, equipment, and admin support, while managing your own patient care under your own provider number and insurance.
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality chiropractic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients
- Building and maintaining strong patient relationships and treatment plans
- Accurate and timely clinical record-keeping in line with AHPRA and Chiropractic Board standards
- Communicating professionally with patients, reception staff, and other practitioners at the clinic
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative clinic culture
- Growing your own caseload through great patient care and (optionally) contributing to clinic marketing/content
About You
Essential:
- Registered (or eligible for registration) with AHPRA as a Chiropractor
- Current, valid Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Own ABN and comfort working as an independent contractor
- Strong manual/hands-on adjusting skills across a range of techniques
- Excellent communication and patient-education skills
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
Highly regarded:
- Experience treating a range of presentations (spinal pain, sports injuries, postural issues, etc.)
- Existing patient base you can bring across
- Confidence with social media / content creation to support your own patient growth
