Technical Sales Specialist

We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our security branch and support the sales function across the full sales cycle, providing technical expertise to help secure new opportunities and deliver tailored customer solutions. This role focuses on large, complex projects and driving growth across integrated security systems and technologies, and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical capability with customer engagement to deliver practical, value‑driven outcomes.
What You'll Do
Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support across security solutions
Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify and close opportunities
Conduct customer meetings to understand requirements and recommend solutions
Deliver product presentations and solution demonstrations
Support solution design, product selection and technical validation
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams
Promote value‑add solutions in competitive environments
Support product launches, vendor initiatives and sales programs
Maintain current knowledge of security technologies and market trends
Assist customers with technical queries and post‑implementation support
What You Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales or solutions roles
- Security, ICT or related industry experience highly regarded
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Collaborative, proactive and customer‑focused
