About the role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of recruitment across a varied retail an head office portfolio. This isn't a purely transactional role, you'll shape how we attract, assess and secure talent, working closely with the People & Talent Manager and acting as a go to advisor for hiring managers and senior leaders alike.
The Role
You'll run recruitment from brief to signed contract, while also thinking beyond the immediate vacancy, building pipelines, refining process, and using data to shape better hiring decisions across the business.
What's Involved
- Managing full cycle recruitment: briefing, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and contracts
- Sitting in on interviews to coach hiring managers and lift recruitment capability across the business
- Developing talent pipelines ahead of need, not just in response to it
- Advising senior stakeholders on sourcing strategy, market conditions and candidate selection
- Protecting employer brand and candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Running bulk recruitment campaigns and identifying where process can be tightened
- Acting as a subject matter expert for PageUp, including reporting and analytics
- Maintaining compliance across contracts, data handling and privacy
- Reporting on recruitment metrics to guide decision-making
What You Bring
- Solid background in end-to-end and bulk recruitment, ideally in-house
- Retail or consumer-facing industry experience is a plus
- Confidence with ATS platforms
- 2-3 years sourcing talent through ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Employer
- A track record of building trust and influence with stakeholders at every level
