About the Role
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you'll become part of a supportive multidisciplinary team providing high quality, person-centred care within our residential aged care facilities.
You'll deliver safe, compassionate clinical care while building genuine relationships with residents, families and colleagues. Our smaller rural setting means you'll be valued as an individual, supported by experienced leaders, and have the opportunity to make a real difference every shift.

About You
You'll bring:

Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse

Minimum 2-3 years nursing experience in Australia
- A passion for delivering person-centred care

Experience in aged care, sub-acute or community nursing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and clinical judgement

A commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement

Confidence using clinical documentation and computer systems
