Christian Elizabeth Early Learning Centre is a privately owned and family operated early learning centre. We have recently established ourselves in Green Valley and our mission is to provide an early childhood education and care service that focuses on producing the best outcomes for our children, our families and our community. We are a 29 place family grouping service.

We select out staff based on their character, team fit, their values, knowledge, their vision for children and their commitment to families. We are seeking a diligent team player with a can do attitude who wants to bring 120% of their effort to the team as this industry demands no less.
We are looking for an experienced Diploma or Certificate III qualified educator who is able to work with all ages under the guidance of our educational leader who is a full time hands on qualified ECT.
The roles responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
· Creating and maintaining a fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
· Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families, carers and staff.
· Developing and implementing the educational program and achieving quality learning outcomes.
· Mentoring and developing staff.
· Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices.
· Child Safe and Child Protection manifested within your role.
The successful candidate will have:
· A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care,
· Or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
· Ideally a minimum of two years relevant industry experience.
· Confidence and leadership ability.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience documenting learning outcomes.
· Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.
· A working knowledge of the New Quality Framework, EYLF and NQS.
· Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
· The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
· a Working With Children Check clearance, approved Child Protection Training and mandatory Child Safety Training.
An addition to the above, it would be desirable (however not mandatory) for the chosen applicant to have food safety and nutrition training.
This is a position with a rotating roster between the hours of 7:30am to 6:00pm. We offer a suitable salary, onsite parking, complimentary uniform and a supportive environment where you can contribute to our community and service family.
