About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to support delivery of wastewater treatment projects on the Sunshine Coast, with a strong focus on Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) works.
In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day site supervision, coordinating crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery. You will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Team to maintain program, manage site challenges and keep works progressing in line with project objectives.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on site and has strong experience in treatment process infrastructure.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Proven experience as a Supervisor or Senior Supervisor on water infrastructure projects, with specific exposure to wastewater treatment or STP works
Strong understanding of construction methodologies associated with water and wastewater treatment facilities
Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts, subcontractors and site crews in a live project environment
A proactive approach to safety, quality and environmental management
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive productivity on site
Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with crews, engineers and stakeholders
