Il Molo Italian Kitchen & Bar is looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.
This role is ideal for someone looking for a few shifts each week, whether you're studying, looking for a second job, or wanting to gain experience in a professional hospitality environment.
About the Role
You'll help keep our kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently by:
- Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen clean and sanitised throughout service
- Assisting with basic food preparation when required
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
- Removing rubbish and recycling
- Supporting the chefs during busy service periods
- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential
