Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility in Henderson. This is a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth and broader WA community, reducing waste and emissions.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Advisor to join the high performing Woodman Point HSSE team. In this role, you will ensure safety and quality on site, while maintaining compliance and management systems.
This is a site based role, working 10 hour days Monday to Friday.

Your focus will include:
- Establish and implement project HSSE and Environmental plans & procedures
- Conduct HSSE and environmental monitoring & assessments on-site
- Ensure compliance with client & regulatory requirements
- Support HSSE Manager in the development, implementation, monitoring and revision of the HSSE Management Systems
- Coordinate and conduct workplace audits, inspections and risk assessments.
What you will bring to the team:
- Previous experience in a similar position with large scale project / construction / mining environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety and Environment
- Proven skills and achievements with developing, monitoring and implementation of Environmental risks and compliance
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to develop relationships
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work, balancing resources, skills, priorities and timescales to achieve objectives
- Intermediate proficiency with the MS suite of software and prior experience utilising HSSE reporting systems such as INX (InControl and Intuition).
