Queen Bowie is looking to welcome a new team member, with a start date from 22 June. Full training will be provided prior to commencement.
We are seeking a friendly, reliable individual with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
About the Role
This position involves residential cleaning across Melbourne’s Inner West and Inner North, with bookings generally located within a 20km radius of the CBD. Candidates based in the inner suburbs will benefit from easier commuting between clients.
The Role Includes
- Building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with clients
- Travelling to client’s homes
- Completing cleaning tasks in accordance with service inclusions and company standards
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and presentation
All equipment and cleaning supplies are provided.
Hours & Flexibility
We are seeking someone available Monday to Friday who is looking for a long-term position. Commencing with 4 days and working up to 5 days with in the first month.
Typical working hours are between 8:30am–10:00am start times and 3:30pm–5:00pm finish times, with a 30-minute lunch break included. Some Fridays may be rostered as a day off, with cleans only scheduled if fill-in bookings are required.
No weekend or public holiday work is required, allowing you to enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Be confident cleaning residential homes
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Take initiative and work independently
- Be comfortable cleaning up to two homes per day
Previous residential cleaning experience is preferred, with a minimum of one year ideal. However, training will be provided, so experience is not essential for the right candidate.
