George's On Sorrento is looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team full-time.

About the Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and owners to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Managing staff during busy lunch and dinner services
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Training and developing team members
- Assisting with rosters and daily operations
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Working alongside the kitchen to ensure seamless service
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and hospitality
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, energetic and professional attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment
- Excellent organisation and time management
- RSA Certificate
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A genuine passion for hospitality
Employment Requirements
- Full-time permanent position (38 hours per week)
- Permanent Australian Residency or Australian Citizenship preferred
