Roles We Are Seeking
We welcome interest from candidates with experience in:
- Support Workers / Personal Care Assistants
- Community Support & Domestic Assistance Workers
- Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Allied Health Assistants
- Care Coordinators / Team Leaders (future opportunities)
Casual and part‑time roles will be available as we grow.
About You
We are looking for people who are:
- Caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality support
- Experienced in aged care, disability, community care, or similar roles
- Confident working independently and communicating clearly
- Respectful of cultural diversity and individual needs
- Comfortable using mobile apps for rostering and care notes
- Professional, trustworthy, and aligned with person‑centred values
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR
- ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
- National Police Check
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- COVID‑19 and flu vaccinations (as required)
