Beholdcare Services is seeking an experienced, reliable and compassionate Support Worker to provide regular weekday support in the Fawkner area.
Experience supporting clients with schizophrenia is essential for this role.

About the Role
The role involves providing person-centred support based on the client's individual needs, including:
- Self-care and daily living support
- Transport support
- Assistance with appointments
- Shopping and community access
- Gym and other community activities
- General household cleaning on a fortnightly basis
Requirements
- Previous support work experience
- Experience supporting clients with schizophrenia
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Police Clearance
- First Aid and CPR
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability for regular weekday support
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Reliable and able to provide consistent support
