Job tasks and responsibilities
In this role, you’ll represent clients in the area of Family Law. Your key responsibilities will include providing compassionate and skilled legal advice in separation, divorce, property settlements, and parenting arrangements, with a client-focused approach, offering clarity and support during challenging times, ensuring both top-tier service and effective delivery.
You’ll bring to the role:
- Proven experience advising clients on various Family Law matters is required.
- A solid grasp of Family Law legislation.
- The ability to negotiate effectively with external providers, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Proficiency in working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in handling and managing a portfolio of cases.
- Familiarity with the Leap software.
- A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail.
