Aussie Seafood House is seeking an experienced, hands-on Store Manager/Operator to run one of our busy Brisbane retail seafood locations. This is a key leadership role for someone who can take ownership of daily operations and uphold the high standards our customers expect from a long-established Queensland seafood business.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Leading, training, and supervising staff
- Overseeing seafood preparation, stocking, and merchandising
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Ordering stock and managing supplier relationships
- Driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Managing staff rosters and coordinating casual team members
- Ensuring smooth and efficient store performance
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, confident, and self-motivated
- Able to run a store independently
- Experienced in retail, hospitality, or seafood (preferred but not essential)
- Skilled in supervising and training a small team
- Organised with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Focused on product quality, presentation, and customer experience
