We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor for our Cannon Hill processing facility on the day shift.
You will lead and support our logistics team to ensure safe, efficient operations and on-time delivery performance (DIFOT). You’ll oversee inventory management, coordinate with production and customer service teams, and drive continuous improvement across warehouse and dispatch functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and uphold OHS standards.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, FIFO rotation, and on-time order fulfilment.
- Support quality assurance, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Lead, train, and develop team members to maximise performance.
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to align logistics with operational needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

- Experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Can demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with inventory systems and performance reporting.
