Atomic Projects (Neobuilt Pty Ltd) is a Sydney Class 2 remedial builder delivering strata, façade and fire-safety projects across metro Sydney. We run real systems — digital stock registers, programmed deliveries, SafetyCulture inspections — and we're growing fast.
About the Role
You'll run our yard and logistics end-to-end: stock, tool and plant tracking, deliveries sequenced to site programmes, PPE and consumables, hire equipment on and off in time. Crews measure you by one thing — the right gear on the right site on the right day — and you'll have the systems to make that routine.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the yard — layout, stock locations, housekeeping, security
- Track tools and plant — check-out/check-in, service and test-and-tag dates
- Receive, stage and dispatch materials to sites per the programme
- Manage PPE/consumables stock levels and hire equipment on/off-hire
- Keep stock and asset registers current; run yard safety inspections
Skills Required
- 2+ years warehouse, logistics, yard or trade-support experience
- Organised and systematic — registers stay accurate, not approximate
- Driver's licence (essential); comfortable coordinating with trades and suppliers
- Reliable — crews depend on you before 7am
Desirable
- Forklift ticket; White Card; construction materials knowledge
- Experience with digital stock/asset systems
