Work Setting: Client’s private home
We are looking for a reliable, caring and respectful female Support Worker / Domestic Assistant to provide in-home domestic assistance for a client based in Ingleburn.
Duties include:
- General household cleaning and tidying
- Laundry and changing bed linen
- Meal preparation and basic kitchen assistance
- Grocery shopping and other light household tasks
- Providing friendly companionship and support
- Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable home environment
About you:
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, domestic assistance or community care is preferred
- Female applicant preferred
- Someone who is respectful and preferably understands Bangladeshi culture and/or speaks Bengali would be highly regarded
- Reliable, patient, trustworthy and caring
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home
- Police Check and relevant care-sector checks/certifications are desirable
