Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise venue operations and event service initiatives
- Oversee operational planning, workflow management, and venue coordination activities
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across operations, ticketing, and customer service teams
- Monitor KPIs, operational reports, and venue performance metrics
- Improve organisational systems, operational procedures, and workflow efficiency
- Support executive leadership with strategic operational recommendations
- Identify opportunities for scalability, automation, and operational optimisation
- Manage stakeholder communication and enterprise-wide operational coordination
- Ensure consistency across operational standards, compliance, and service delivery objectives
- Mentor leadership teams and support management development initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in venue operations, entertainment services, event management, or operational leadership roles
- Experience managing large-scale operational or customer-facing initiatives
- Background in live entertainment, hospitality operations, or enterprise coordination preferred
Skills
- Strong leadership and organisational management capabilities
- Strategic planning and operational optimisation expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with KPI reporting, workflow systems, and operational analysis

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, Operations, Hospitality Management, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate qualification highly regarded
Pay: $127,000.00 – $196,000.00 per year
