Hyper Automation is Sydney's premier smart home and building automation company. We design and install C-Bus, Dynalite, KNX, Savant, Ubiquiti, security, and access control systems for high-end residential clients across the Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches.
The Role
You'll install, commission, and program smart home systems on-site at prestige properties across Sydney. Working directly alongside our director, you'll develop real depth across multiple platforms and have a direct hand in shaping how this company grows.
No two jobs are the same. One week you're commissioning a full Dynalite lighting system, the next you're configuring a Ubiquiti network or integrating access control with a Savant controller.
What We're Looking For
- Electrical licence (preferred) or proven ELV background — not just cabling runs, actual system work
- Hands-on experience commissioning smart home, lighting control, AV, or access control systems
- Experience with any of: C-Bus, Dynalite, KNX, Savant, Ubiquiti/UniFi, ICT Protégé — you don't need all of them, genuine depth in one or two and the drive to learn the rest is what we're after
- Clean presentation, excellent attention to detail, reliable
- You can work through a problem independently — you don't need someone standing next to you to figure things out
- Comfortable speaking directly with clients in their homes

Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
