Key Duties and Responsibilities
* **Inventory Control & Architecture:** Monitor and maintain inventory log integrity across backend stock -
keeping unit (SKU) architecture. Establish optimal stock-turnover thresholds and reduce stockouts.
* **Systems Management (Cin7):** Regulate product procurement pipelines, track supply chains, and
coordinate purchase ordering schedules using Cin7.
* **E-Commerce Deployment (Shopify):** Formulate and execute online product mix distribution, regulate
digital shelf presence, and coordinate pricing structures on our Shopify storefront.
* **Supplier Logistics:** Negotiate volume terms, pricing, and supply lines with domestic and international
product manufacturers and vendors.
Skills and Qualifications Required
* Relevant Australian Certificate IV / Diploma qualification, OR at least 3 years of equivalent full-time
experience working within retail buying, e-commerce backend management, or supply chain logistics.
* High proficiency in advanced inventory management software, specifically Cin7 and Shopify platforms.
* Proven ability to manage multi-tiered product SKU structures and maintain accurate supplier logistics
logs.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong English communication skills.
Pay: $4,500.00 – $6,000.00 per month
