The Role
We're excited to share that our current HR Manager has stepped into an Executive role and we're now looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee the HR department. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing HR department and build on strong foundations.
This is a rare opportunity for a HR Manager to take ownership of a complex, multi-award HR function and shape how it continues to operate and grow.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organisational strategy
- Lead, coach and develop the HR team members
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations, workflows and compliance
- Ensure the organisation strives for and maintains a national reputation as an energising and motivating employer of choice
- Lead employee relations matters end-to-end, including investigations, disciplinary processes, incidents, terminations and Fair Work Commission matters
- Ensure employment practices comply with applicable Australian employment legislation, awards and agreements
- Work with managers to drive performance, accountability, and execution of results
- Lead workforce planning, forecasting and resourcing across a multi-award, multi-entity environment
- Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery across all entities
- Own HRIS and HR systems strategy, including evaluating and implementing new platforms
- Drive culture, engagement and retention initiatives across the organisation
- Lead change management for organisational restructures or role redesigns
- Implement Group HR policies, procedures and initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR metrics
- Represent HR in senior leadership forums and reporting as required
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes
- Escalate complex, high-risk or sensitive matters to the Executive HR Manager
About You

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in HR management
- Substantial senior HR leadership experience in a multi-entity or multi-award organisation
- Track record of building or significantly scaling an HR function
- Deep industrial relations expertise, including direct Fair Work Commission representation
- Experience across Aged Care, NDIS sectors and/or Healthcare or the ability to ramp quickly across all
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing an HR team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating as a strategic HR leader at group level
- Highly organised, resilient and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, regulated environment
