Casual Construction Labourer (Residential)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Construction Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. Hours will vary week to week (from 0 up to full-time hours), depending on project workload, so flexibility is important.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone looking to gain experience in residential and commercial construction. You’ll be working alongside our team across a range of labouring tasks, with opportunities to learn new skills over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Site cleaning and general housekeeping
- Structural grout infilling
- Assisting with concreting works
- Manual excavation and digging
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Supporting trades and supervisors on site
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
About You
- Keen to learn and build a career in construction
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Positive attitude and able to work in a team
- Takes pride in doing a good job, even on basic tasks
- White Card (required) or willingness to obtain
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
