Warehouse Supervisor – Melbourne
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help take charge of day-to-day operations at our Melbourne site. This role suits someone who’s organised, reliable, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for keeping the warehouse running smoothly — supervising daily tasks, organising freight, managing stock, and helping out wherever needed. You’ll also work closely with the Melbourne Warehouse Manager to make sure everything is safe, accurate, and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and help lead the team
- Assist with deliveries and coordinate freight / 3PL movements
- Manage stock control, replenishment, and receipting into our EXO system
- Check and maintain accuracy of picking (minimum 98%)
- Operate forklifts safely in both indoor and outdoor areas
- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain tidy, well-organised storage areas
- Help coordinate vehicle servicing or repairs when needed
- Maintain a clean warehouse, office, and vehicle fleet
- Ensure all safety and OHS standards are met
- Be a main point of contact for the Melbourne site when required
What You’ll Need
- Full driver’s licence
- Forklift licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or supervisory role
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting cartons regularly
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Up to date Police Check or willingness to obtain one (at DNHC's expense)
