Drive better workforce decisions through systems, data and people
We're looking for a People & Culture Systems Analyst who can combine strong analytical capability with excellent communication and change management skills.
In this role, you'll lead the administration and continuous improvement of Council's HRIS and People & Culture systems, develop workforce reporting and dashboards that provide leaders with real-time insights, and help drive evidence-based workforce decision-making across the organisation.
A key focus of the role will be supporting the implementation of Council's new HRIS. This will be an exciting opportunity to work closely with leaders, employees, project teams and system providers to ensure a successful transition. You'll play a hands-on role in testing, implementation, training, stakeholder engagement and change management, helping build confidence, capability and adoption across the organisation.

Remuneration of $3,663.70 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $4,396.44 gross per fortnight plus superannuation (12%).

Duties of this position will include but are not limited to:
As the People & Culture Systems Analyst, you will:

Lead the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of Council's HRIS and People & Culture systems.

Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, integrations and enhancements while ensuring system integrity and performance.

Develop workforce dashboards, reports and analytics that provide valuable insights for managers and leaders.

Analyse workforce trends and data to support strategic workforce planning and organisational decision-making.

Coordinate workforce benchmarking, remuneration reviews and industry surveys.

Support the ongoing administration of Council's Salary and Progression System through reporting and analysis.

Develop training resources and provide ongoing support to employees and managers using People & Culture systems.

Lead change management activities associated with new systems, technology and workforce initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting capability and user experience across People & Culture systems.
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience managing and improving HRIS or workforce management systems.

Can analyse data, identify trends and provide meaningful workforce insights.

Develops dashboards and reports that support informed decision-making.

Has experience supporting system implementation and organisational change.

Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Can engage and build strong relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders at all levels.

Is approachable, customer-focused and enjoys helping others solve problems.

Has excellent attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
