Our Practice Nurses play a vital role in supporting our practitioners and delivering excellent patient care. Join a friendly, collaborative team where you'll build meaningful relationships with patients, GPs, fellow nurses, and our admin staff - all while gaining exposure to a diverse and rewarding range of clinical work. . This is a hands-on role that offers variety and the satisfaction of contributing to quality patient outcomes.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Performing general practice nursing duties including childhood immunisations, travel vaccines, wound care, spirometry, and assisting with clinical procedures
- Managing patient recalls and results in accordance with practice protocols
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation and electronic communication systems
- Collaborating with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Supporting and maintaining clinical protocols, quality procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensuring the practice and nurse room is well-organised, stocked, and ready for patient care
Your background
We're looking for motivated, organised nurses who are passionate about patient care and keen to develop their practice nursing skills. If you have previous experience in general practice nursing, that's a bonus - but we're equally interested in nurses who are looking to grow into this specialty. Our team can provide you with on the job training as well as subsiding external training opportunities.

- Current AHPRA registration (RN)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to professionalism
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team
- A genuine interest in providing excellent patient care
Hours and availability
We are recruiting for a part-time or full-time role 2 to 5 days a week.
Min 12 months commitment required. Due to the depth of training required in our practice, we request candidates are able to make a minimum 12-month commitment and do not have any visa restrictions that limit their capacity to do so.
