Holistic Supports is seeking caring, reliable and compassionate Aged Care Support Workers to join our growing team in the Gladstone Region.

About the Role:
You will provide in-home support to aged care participants, assisting them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Duties may include:
✅ Personal Care
✅ Domestic Assistance
✅ Transport to appointments and shopping
✅ Meal Preparation
✅ Medication Assistance
✅ Community Access & Social Support
✅ Respite Support
What we’re looking for:
✔ Reliable and trustworthy
✔ Compassionate and respectful
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Excellent communication and time management skills
✔ A genuine passion for supporting older people
Requirements:
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Yellow Card (Working with Vulnerable People Check), or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, or willingness to obtain
- ABN required (Contractor Position)
