As part of the Women and Children’s Social Work Team, you will provide comprehensive social work services to patients, families and carers across a diverse range of clinical areas, including maternity, neonatal, paediatric and gynaecology services. Working at an advanced level of practice, you will assess and address complex psychosocial issues, support patients and families through illness and hospitalisation, and facilitate positive treatment and discharge journeys that promote emotional, social and psychological wellbeing.
