About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy and professional office. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who enjoys creating efficient processes, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring the workplace runs seamlessly.
As the central point of contact for office operations, you'll work across administration, recruitment and onboarding of new employees, organization management, and business operations, playing a key role in maintaining a productive and professional environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level2)
- At least two years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Director with business administration, reporting and business improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining and improving standard operating procedures and office documentation.
- Identifying and implementing new systems and procedures that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Allocating human resources, space, and equipment
- Providing administrative support to the Service Coordinator and providing leave coverage during periods of leave or absence.
- Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
- Coordinating with Professionals to organize office business and to facilitate resolution of problems (if applicable)
- Confirming office equipment and supplies are maintained and well-equipped
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Confirming work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
- Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, performance management, payroll, training and supervision
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the office, including maintaining company records, accounts of the office and documentation.
- Coordinating with different colleges, universities, OSHC providers, and stakeholders for partnerships on student enrolment
