We are a local clinic focused on Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology etc. We’re seeking motivated, outgoing commission‑only sales agents to build local awareness, generate referrals, and drive new client bookings through door‑to‑door outreach and neighbourhood marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct face‑to‑face door‑to‑door outreach within assigned Parramatta-area neighbourhoods and business districts.
- Promote clinic services, distribute materials, and educate potential clients/referral sources about our offerings.
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments or refer prospects to the clinic for intake.
- Track outreach activities and submit leads promptly using a smartphone or CRM provided.
- Represent the clinic professionally; follow all local solicitation regulations and clinic guidelines.
Compensation
- Commission‑only: paid for each new client after the client completes their first session.
- Competitive per‑client commission with potential bonuses for meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications
- Proven sales, canvassing, or field marketing experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred for some territories.
- Smartphone required; basic comfort with digital lead entry.
- Must be able to pass a background check if required.
