Support Worker – Aged & Disability Care

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide in-home care that promotes independence, choice, and dignity. Tasks include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport, community access and more. Must be willing to travel with in our service area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, Nursing or similar. We accept students or people willing to study.
- Valid Driver’s Licence & registered, reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for care
- Experience in the field preferred
- Respectful, reliable, and compassionate approach

Pay: $34.44 – $35.00 per hour
