Responsibilities:
* Assist with the setup and arrangement of event and exhibition spaces, including marquees.
* Transport and handle equipment, materials, and furniture as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of event equipment and warehouse.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth execution of events.
Requirements:
* Manual Driver’s Licence
* Forklift Licence or Truck Licence (Desirable)
* Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy objects
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Willing to work flexible hours
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Energetic with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
What We’re Looking For:
* Local or willing to relocate (Toowoomba)
* Experience in fast-paced, manual, small-to-medium industries with strong cultural values
* Loyalty, accountability, and responsibility
* Teamwork, leadership potential, and reliability
* Able to work weekly hours of 40-50, plus overtime
