We are an upmarket restaurant seeking a Chef or Commis to join our team to assist in daily operations, preparation and working alongside the Head Chef.
You will be responsible for managing cold larder and hot entrees and desserts as well as assisting in any mains prep.
Your responsibilities will also include running the pass and looking after your sections and working together with the Head Chef during service.
What you need:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
- leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP

This is a fantastic position offering you a great work/life balance starting at 1.30pm with an 8-9 hour shift. One day on the weekend and Sunday and Monday off. Pay negotiable based on experience.
